3. How to sync your panel with Paytm login?
Enter the credentials to your Paytm Mall seller
panel account and click Continue
Enter your password and then click
on Log In

Visit seller.paytm.com and follow these steps:

4. If you do not have any Paytm account available from the
email ID you currently use to login to your seller panel
(refer slides 4-10)
If you already have a Paytm account from the email ID
you use to login to your seller panel
(refer slides 11-14)
How to sync your panel with Paytm login?
Once you login, you will see a pop up screen guiding you to complete the migration process.
You will get any of these two types of pop-up screens :

5. It’s an easy 3 step process:

any Paytm account available from the email ID you currently
use to login to your seller panel?
Verify migration via
OTP
Create a new
password
Sign-in using new
password

6. Check your inbox for the mail received from
[email protected] set a new password
Step 1: Create a new password
Click on Set Password
We suggest you to check your other folders (spam, junk, etc.) as well, in case you are not able to locate the said email in your inbox

8. Now, come back to the seller panel and follow these steps -
Step 2: Sign-In using the new password
Click on Enter New Password Enter the password which you have set and
click Sign In Securely

9. Click Continue
Step 3: Verify via OTP
Enter the OTP and then click Verify OTP

10. In case you have not received the OTP or the session
is expired, click Resendto get a new OTP

Once OTP is verified panel will confirm the successful migration
Click Done to continue
You will be logged out of the seller panel, you can now log in back
using your Paytm account credentials

Enter your registered email id or mobile
number and click Continue
On the pop-up screen, enter your password
and click Sign In Securely

19. To reset your password follow these steps:

Continue
Click on ‘Forgot Password’

20. Call on the given number and press 1, you will receive the
password reset link via SMS
Ensure you call using the registered mobile number

•Select Migrate to common Paytm Login
