Introduction
Communication is one of the most indispensable aspects of
human existence. The ability to convey information to another
effectively and efficiently. Business managers with good verbal,
non verbal and written communication skills help facilitate the
sharing of information between people within a company for its
Commercial benefit.
If communication is a social need for an individual, it is the
lifeblood for an organization. If we, as individuals,
communicate 70% of our waking time, an organization
communities 90% of its working time.

Communication
Communication is what it does – bringing people together.
By establishing commonness among people. That is how we
can explain ‘COMMUNIS’, the Latin origin of the word
‘Communication’.

2. Facial Expression
Face has been called the mirror of the
mind. All parts of the face i.e. the lines of
forehead, the eyebrows, the muscles of
cheeks, lips all speak louder than words.
The face as a whole indicates much about
human moods.

Proxemics
Non-verbal signals which are mutually
under stood by the sender and the receiver
originate from many sources. One such
important source is the space around us which
communicates in its one way. Space,
technically known as ‘Proxemics’, is the study
of communication by the means of space. The
space you take up shows your class.

a) Quality: Each of us has a unique quality of
voice can be affluent and deep,
melodious and attractive, soft and nasal,
or bitter and irritating.
b) Volume: The volume in communication
