Community wellness focuses on creating environments that support overall health and well-being.

The Importance of Community Health Equity Community health aids in reducing health disparities among different populations by ensuring that everyone has access to resources and information needed to live heal thy lives.

Prevention Community health can also help prevent chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes by focusing on healthy living practices such as diet and exercise.

Social Connections Community health fosters social connections and a sense of community, which can contribute to greater overall well-being.

Factors affecting community wellness Social factor- social factor plays a cruicial part in community wellbeing. strong social connection. support network and positive relationships can contribute to a sense of belonging, trust and social cohesion within a community. when people are connected. they get to have a better mental health and higher life satisfaction .

Economic factors such as income levels, employment opportunities and access to resources significantly impact community well being. a better economy and job opportunity leads to improved standards of living.
