Nonprofit organization are not funding by public taxes giving them the leeway and
freedoms that government agencies do not have such as generating resources (Svara
2015, 7). Nonprofits have a basic mission that is directly related to the work of an
organization with a narrower in scope perspective than a typical governmentagency
(Svara 2015, 7). Generally, government agency position is elected whereas in a
nonprofit organization the members of the ruling body are committed to the
organization s mission early on and work up through to the council seats.
Government agencies are funded and have a broader range of service to the public.

War and Terrorism is one of the most contended debates in our societies today and
beyond. However, before making any contribution towards this topic, I will like
readers of this paper to understand what war and terrorism means. A war from my
understanding as a student from the textbook is refers to a situation that might arise
between two or more factions that might either be related to injustice, economic
inequality or intimidation, which will later result into arm conflict (either civilly or
internationally), while terrorism on the other hand is considered as violence or
intimidation used by individual or group of individuals against innocent civilians to

will be talking about Murphy and Lackeys perception about warand terrorism. After
reading through the articles, I will like to agree with both Murphy and Lackeys
perception about war and terrorism. In the article, Murphy believed that the process
of reconciliation to resolve conflict within our societies or beyond is far better than
bearing arms to resolve disputes. More so, in the article Murphy pointed out that
some of the fundamental justification for her entire premises about reconciliation and
it morality towards peace making. In addition to the above point, I also agree with
Murphy s argument that extrapolating the political concept of forgiveness from the
personal one has significant problems which are currently disturbing

Background and Significance Dysphagia is a swallowing disorder that is
described as an abnormality in transferring a solid or liquid bolus from the oral
cavity to the stomach (Bernard, Loeslie, Rabatin, 2015). With a diagnosis of
dysphagia, a patient will likely aspirate foods and/or liquids of different
consistencies. Aspiration is the entry of food or liquid into the airway below the true
vocal folds (Logemann, 1998, p. 5). Specifically, thin liquid dysphagia occurs when a
patient aspirates while consuming any liquids that are not thickened, such as water.
Patients with thin liquid dysphagia are often prescribed a modified thickened liquid
only diet, meaning they consume liquids that are thickened to a greater consistency

the flow rate of a bolus, makes it more cohesive, and is easier for many people to

With this being the case, they acted as friends to the natives, joined their

The mentoring retreat was a success but for several challenges. Sleeping
arrangements were unorganized at best. The directive that I was given by Chief Dean
was that the Mentors had to sleep in the same room as their mentees. When we
arrived to Camp Grace, there seemed to be some confusion on the room layout. Also
Ms. Johnson informed me that the parents would not want the mentors and mentees

One s culture shapes their beliefs, values, and goals. Although I am very prideful in
my culture, I don t believe I celebrate it quite like Ola. Two times a year I celebrate
being Serbian. Slava is a Serbian Orthodox Church tradition involving the ritual
glorification of one s family s passed down saint. This holiday involves pouring red
wine in the cracks of Serbian bread and slowly turning it around while your family

A great leader knows how and what to do in any given situation. Great leaders
know how to adapt, and find a way to conquer a specific task or obstacle. There has
been an ongoing debate about whether women should have access to combat roles.
Many argue that women are not physically build to match the strength of a man. A
young lady by the name of Joan of Arc or commonly known as The Maid of Orleans
was a young leader of the 15th century who changed the course of the hundred years
war. Joan became an unlikely heroine leader who led a revolt against the British
which ultimately ended in a victory. Joan embodies the definition of what a women
in the military should be. She debunks the 21st century modern critics that say
women do not fit the standards to survive and thrive in combat roles. The objective
of this paper is to identify key arguments that are in favor of women fighting in
combat. Gender equality among women has been a longstanding battle. Many are for
gender neutral roles in the military, and many are against it. The people that are
against it believe that women will endanger their units . While the Army and the
Navy believes that it will enlarge the talent pool, and that opening combat roles to

Sir Andrew s immediate response, I knew twas I, for many do call me fool

When Martin Luther wrote the Ninety Five Theses on the Power and Efficacy of
Indulgences in 1517, he was making a bold and unprecedented move: challenging
the Catholic Church. As a German Catholic priest himself, Luther was not afraid to
condemn the Catholic Church, even publicly, which is how he displayed the
original copy of the theses. Luther s issue with the church wasn t personal but was
instead based on what he saw as violation of the religious morals and teachings of
God. For example, he highly disapproved the church s several claims of salvation and
forgiveness on earth. The ninety five thesesacted as Luther s tool of protest against the
church and also acted as enlightenment to the masses. Publication of the theses is also
often noted as the spark that initiated the Protestant Reformationafter centuries of
religious tension buildup. Luther s overall disapproval was against the corruption and
dishonesty of the church (Bishop, p.1). In the theses, Luther outlined what and how
he believed the Catholic Churchwas doing wrong and how it should be corrected. He
