Introduction The 7 C’s of effective communication provides guidelines for choice of content and style of presentation ,adapted to the purpose and receiver of message .all seven C’S can apply to both oral and written communication They are:- Completeness Conciseness Consideration Concreteness Clarity Courtesy Correctness
Completeness It must be complete. It should convey all facts required by the audience. The sender of the message must take into consideration the receiver’s mind set and convey the message accordingly. Communicators – senders and receivers , influenced -background ,viewpoints ,attitude, emotions ,status and experience.

All the information has been answered based on buyers enquiry. Production aspect Incomplete information in Production line can create confusion among Workers. Incomplete information in Spec sheet can lead to Wrong Measurement in Production.
Retailing Aspect It will give, buyer confidence and increased satisfaction of purchased products. Complete information in garments such as price tag and barcode gives choices to the customers whether to buy it or not.
