Management is a universal phenomenon. All organizations - business, political, cultural or social are involved in management because it is the management which helps and directs the various efforts towards a definite purpose MANAGEMENT
Planning is the function of management that involves setting objectives and determining a course of action for achieving those objectives. Planning requires managers to be aware of their organization's environmental conditions and forecast future conditions. It also requires that manager should be good decision makers.

2. Organizing Organizing is the function of management that involves developing an organizational structure and allocating human resources to ensure the accomplishment of objectives.
