Production Steps
SOIL PREPARATION
Prepare the soil by sieving it
to remove any large particles
and impurities
MEASURING & MIX
Accurate measurements of
soil and stabilizer are crucial.
These are mixed thoroughly
to achieve a uniform blend
COMPRESSION
The mixed soil is then placed
in the press, where it is
compressed into blocks
INITIAL CURING
The blocks are removed from
the press and left to cure for a
few days.
FINAL CURING
After initial curing, the blocks
may be stacked and left to
cure for several more weeks
to achieve full strength.
