Using Computer to Evaluate Strategy: A Comprehensive Overview Ernesto D. Valenton jr. School Principal - II Habitat Elementary School San Jose City division Prepared by: Windsor Flores , Ph.D. Professor

Rule-Based Systems: Defining Strategy with Logic Predefined Rules Rule-based systems operate on a set of predetermined rules that dictate the best action to take based on the current state of the problem. These rules are typically expressed in a formal language, such as logic programming, allowing for clear and unambiguous decision-making. Logical Inference The system evaluates the current situation by applying the defined rules and drawing logical conclusions. If the current state matches the conditions of a rule, the system executes the corresponding action, effectively making a strategic decision. Expert Systems Rule-based systems have proven particularly useful in creating expert systems that emulate the decision-making capabilities of human experts. These systems are commonly used in medical diagnosis, financial analysis, and customer service. Computers excel at evaluating strategies in diverse domains, from simple games to complex real-world scenarios. The methods employed for strategy evaluation vary significantly based on the nature of the problem, its complexity, and the available resources. This presentation explores various approaches to strategy evaluation used by computer systems, providing insights into their strengths, limitations, and practical applications.
