Collaborating
•Working together to identify the root cause of the conflict
and find a mutually agreeable solution that meets
everyone's needs.
Compromising
•This style involves finding a middle ground that partially
satisfies each party's needs.
Avoiding
•Avoiding the conflict altogether or postponing it until
emotions have cooled down. It can be effective in
situations where there is little chance of resolving the
conflict or when the issue is relatively minor.
Accommodating
•Putting the interests of others ahead of one's own and
being willing to make concessions in order to maintain
positive relationships.
