Activity 1: Grading and Site Preparation

Technical information: Clearing up the site. Land demarcation for the site
boundary of site by using hoarding as safety guideline for whole construction site.

Activity 1: Earthwork
Duration: 6 days
Materials: -
Equipment: Vibrating plate compactor, backhoe, excavator, paver, dumper
Skilled worker: Backhoe operator, excavator operator, paver operator, dumper
operator
Technical information: Site is cut and filled to required lengths, depths, breadths.
Unflatten land surface need to fill up and cut down with sand or soil just to flatten
the land boundary that had been demarked.

Activity 1: Foundation Construction (Piling process)

Technical information: Mobilize the hydraulic drop hammer to the intended pile
position after marking penetration of the piles, set out the position of drop hammer
above the pile point, pile driving, weld the joints between the piles, apply
bituminous paint around the joints of welded piles to prevent rusting.
Activity 2: Foundation Construction (Cut off process)
Duration: 2 days

Equipment: Multipurpose excavator, Pneumatic hammer, Oxy-cutter

Technical information: Excavate 1m to 1.5m depth by using Multipurpose
excavator, Cut the piles to make sure all are in the same height using Pneumatic
hammer, the reinforcement in the pile is cut by oxy-cutter.

Technical information: Pour the concrete into the formwork through skip from

to increase its strength by preventing air pockets.

Technical information: Socket of connection to the utility wiring is covered
in the ground at a depth that protects conductors from physical damage and
physical contact. Burying cable preinstalled in cable-in-conduit (CIC) offers
greater physical protection against environment, abrasion, and rocks than
direct burial, which can prolong the life of the cable.


Activity 3: Slab Plumbing Installation
