Sahala P. Sinurat, MSc is the President Director of PT Samchads Consulting Indonesia. He
obtained his master degree in Operation Research from University of Delaware, Newark (US)
in 1990.

Mr. Sinurat has a proven record of teaching, training and consulting experiences and
exposure to different cultures behind him, as he held several positions at various
organizations that include:

· Training and Development Manager for Rothmans of Pall Mall Indonesia
· Training and Development Manager for the British American Tobacco (BAT)

Mr Sinurat has more than 10.000 hours of teaching in addition to his consulting experience

Twela Gunawan is a senior professional staff of PT Samchads Consulting Indonesia. Born in
Jakarta. Having graduated from the Faculty or Economics, University of Indonesia, he continued and
attained his post graduate degree in business administration from the Graduate School of Institute
for Business Indonesia (IBII), Jakarta.

He displays an extensive career in the field of marketing and human resources as he has held
several positions such as Junior Staff at PT SGV-Utomo, Media Marketing Manager to Chuo-Senko
Inc. Indonesia, Advertising Manager to PT Masa Merdeka, Account (Client Service) Manager of PT
Cipta Citra Advertising, Professional Staff to Institute for Management Development and Education
(LPPM), Assistant General Manager of Federal Express-Indonesia, Senior Human Resources
Manager of PT Profindo Semesta Indonesia and Acting GM–Human Resources to BOC Gases
Indonesia.

With more than 20 years of working background, he is an experienced trainer, consultant and group
facilitator. His extensive client list includes Astra Group, Matahari Department Store, Lily Kasoem
Optical, Pasar Raya Dept. Store, NV Soedarpo Inc., Caltex Pacific, etc.

Budi Utomo is a senior associate staff of PT Samchads Consulting Indonesia. Obtained his degree in
Civil Engineering and master degree from ITB, Bandung. He then worked for about 6 years to LPPM.
He has extensive experience working as a consultant and a trainer. Then he moved to be a training
facilitator to a multi national company. His current post to this company is as a Logistic Manager.

Toto Prihadi, SE, MM. is a senior associate professional staff to PT Samchads Consulting Indonesia.
He graduated from University of Islam Indonesia, Yogyakarta and his post graduate degree from
PPM Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Toto has a vast range of experience in research, teaching, consulting, book writing and to
producing youtube in finance. He led corporate financing research in shariah banking (Bank of
Indonesia). He spent almost 30 years teaching and consulting in LPPM, Jakarta. He led many
consulting projects in finance ranging from setting up financial (accounting) system and procedure to
evaluating company performance. His clients incudes PTPP, Adhi Karya, Hutama Karya, Perumnas,
Semen Indonesia, Semen Baturaja, Angkasa Pura, Pelindo (Group), Pertamina, PLN Group, PGN
(Group), Krakatau Steel, PTPN Group, Bukit Asam, Telkom Group, Bank Mandiri, Pupuk Kaltim,
