Background Kelelahan kerja tentu dapat menimbulkan dampak buruk pada pekerjaan ,  seperti prestasi kerja dan semangat kerja yang menurun Pekerja yang mengalami kelelahan kerja mudah kehilangan konsentrasi sehingga tak jarang juga kelelahan menjadi sebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja Durasi kerja yang lebih dari 8 jam per hari atau 40 jam dalam seminggu memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi terhadap kejadian kelelahan . Selain itu , bekerja lebih dari 12 jam per hari meningkatkan 37% terjadinya cidera Dari sekitar 2.000 pekerja yang pernah mengalami kecelakaan , menunjukkan bahwa 97% pekerja setidaknya memiliki satu faktor risiko kelelahan di tempat kerja , sementara lebih dari 80% memiliki lebih dari satu faktor risiko .
