Introduction The incidence and prevalence of endometrium cancer is increasing worldwide. Endometrial cancer is the most common malignancy of the female genital tract in developed countries. The worldwide obesity epidemic may fuel an increase in endometrial cancer, one of the most adipose-sensitive malignancies. Being overweight or obese, not doing enough exercise and having hormonal imbalances can increase the risk of metabolic syndrome which in itself can increase the risk of malignancy.

Women who are 10-20 kg overweight have a 3-fold risk, which increases to 10-fold if they are more than 25 kg overweight, because of the increased peripheral conversion of andro- stenedione to oestrone by aromatisation in fat. The combination of diabetes, obesity and hypertension, in association with endometrial carcinoma, is called the corpus cancer syndrome

Lifestyle factors play an important role in the development of endometrial cancer. It's crucial to lead a healthy lifestyle by maintaining a balanced diet, staying active, and keeping an eye on hormonal health. These steps can help lower the risk of endometrial cancer and promote overall well-being. Here with presenting a series of endometrial cancer over a period of one year.
