Analysis of the Interviews From the following two interviews, we have seen that a contributor or a person with dynamic identity is always a person having positive lookout towards his work irrespective of what kind of work he does and possess a can-do attitude. He works for the benefit of other people and works as a team and contribute in the team work equally as that of his subordinates by being a leader. He never blames his teammates for the failures and he doesn’t give up while facing failures. He strives hard for the success and if he achieves success then he considers it as a success of the team.

Analysis of the Interviews On the contrary, a non-contributor or a person with static identity is a person who always possess negative lookout towards his work. He works for his own benefit and is self-centered. He’s always materialistic and uses his power in a wrong way. He never works as a team as he thinks of himself as a boss and he keep bossing around. He blames his subordinates for the failures and ends up by giving up while facing the failures. He wants all the credit when his team achieves success. Now from the following graph, we will understand about the qualities of contributor and a non-contributor.

Analysis of the Interviews

Conclusion Here, we have learnt that for any presentation or any assignment, team members have to give equal contribution for making an event successful. Every team member must possess unity. If a person represents any group, then he must represent them as being a leader of the group and not as a boss. A leader always works together with team and motivates the team to achieve a specific a task or goal and if they fail, then he would not blame the team members for that. A leader always has a dynamic perspective towards the team and team goal. A contributor is who has an ability and characteristics like creation, innovation, humanity etc…

Conclusion Contributor has an ability to create value for self, for family, for team, for society, for organization. Contributors are not instruction-oriented, solution oriented. Contributors have both human values as well as functional effectiveness; They get the job done, but also do it in the “right way”. The Contributor acts appropriately in each situation. Also, while working on assignment at leadership position, you should take care of these important points: to select person by its communication, knowledge, nature and a person possessing team attitude. We must always be a “group leader” and not a “group boss”.
