5. R.A. 10533, the Enhanced Basic
Education Act of 2013, states : "The
curriculum shall use pedagogical
approaches that are constructivist,
inquiry-based, reflective, collaborative,
and integrative". (Sec 5 e) It shall be
"learner-centered,
inclusive,developmentally appropriate".
