3. In the 80s and 90s? Companies went to Schools to beg graduates to come work for them. They give them house, car etc. All they needed was a certificate. A Certificate was Enough.

4. Today, 2016 About 150,000 graduates yearly. 9.9% unemployment in Nigeria, about 8 million persons unemployed –National Bureau of Statistics “Up to 61 Million Nigerians unemployed or under-employed” -Vanguard article (Nov 17, 2015).

5. Dangote Group Published a Job Ad 2,000 drivers wanted 13,000 persons applied 8,460 BSc. holders 704 Masters holders 6 PhD holders. Is certificate enough for success today?

6. Why high unemployment today? No Electricity? Corruption? Lack of good roads? Government? The real problem with Entrepreneurship though is a lack of Innovation and “Disruptive Innovation”

14. Steps to Innovation: Motive? What primary reason drove innovations such as Google, Facebook, Whatsapp , Konga , Wakanow etc.? Money? Fame? Their motive = Solve a Problem ! Make things Easier, Faster, Cheaper for other people.
