Phases of Internship Proposal Submission and Defense: within 1 to 2 weeks of orientation Hardcopy of the Proposal -2 copies and Presentation Slides (prior approval of Supervisor) Mid-Term Submission: TBD Hardcopy of the Report- 2 copies and Presentation Slides (prior approval of Supervisor) Final Defense : As directed by TU, IOST Dean’s Office Hardcopy of the Report -2 copies and Presentation Slides (prior approval of Supervisor) Provision of: Internship Supervisor: as assigned by the college after proposal defense Mentorship: As assigned by the intern providing organization

4. Marking Scheme Proposal Defense: 5 % (10 Marks) HOD/Coordinator (5), Supervisor (5) Midterm Defense: 15% HOD/Coordinator (5), Supervisor (25) Final Defense: 80 % Supervisor (20), External (40), Mentor (100) Obtain the mentors recommendation in company’s letter pad. Submit the marks in a sealed envelope with stamp of the organization
