Good morning and Greetings to everyone- Honorable Speakers, -Professors,- Staff, and -Resident, welcome to the 4th Pre-Congress series of Asia-Pacific Pediatric Airway Conference 2024 with titled “ Airway obstruction in congenital mandibular hypoplasia Virtual surgical planning & 3d printed surgical guide in orthognatic surgery ”. We are deeply grateful for this opportunity that has brought us all together for today's session. It is a great privilege for me, Ariel to be here and extend a warm welcome to each and everyone of you in this beautiful morning.

3. I would like to briefly extend my warmest greetings to our speakers and panelist today, Mirta H. Today’s session titled “ “ Airway obstruction in congenital mandibular hypoplasia Virtual surgical planning & 3d printed surgical guide in orthognatic surgery ”. in which we will discuss the pathogenesis and pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and management strategies for these conditions. We would also discuss Virtual surgical planning & 3d printed surgical guide in orthognatic surgery .

Today’s will be led by our moderator, Dini W. Widodo, MD, ORLHNS, our Facialplasy Reconstruction staff in the Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia. Dr. Dini, serves as a medical staff member in the Facialplasy Reconstruction Division of the Department of ORL HNS at the University of Indonesia. She completed her ORL HNS Specialist Residency Program at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, and pursued further specialization as Consultant in Facialplasy Reconstruction at University of Indonesia.
