Never commit the client with the wrong time frame. Most of the cases we commit to the client earlier than we could deliver . Why we do this because of the pressure put up by the client at the situation . Make clear of one thing always commit the right time if possible, something extra which will help you handle the situation more smoothly. Not honouring the sch e dule always put th i ngs uglier than the past. Punctuality

When it comes to customer handling you are not always the right person to be on the frontline. Know your strengths and weakness when you approach a client act only when you can handle the situation or its better to get the right person on to manage things . Putting a wrong person in the work will always make things more complicated . Identifying the right persons to handle

Learn from your mistakes Whenever an unpleasant situation arises make sure you don’t experience it again . Don’t ever leave the work unfinished . We are going to be in this market. We cannot run away from the market .One or other way the problem will keep troubling you in future. Identify the root cause , inquire , investigate know your products strength / weakness. Develop the deep knowledge about your approach towards the clie nt . If you cant find the root cause of each problem again we continue to suffer . Getting to the root

This is from my personal experience never loose your chillness. Person who lose patience firstis always the loser. Never engage in verbal fights. Please use right choice of words . 90% of your problem is taken care right here in this step. Calm and pleasant attitude

Always define your scope of work, time frame of installation ,terms and conditions in the contract. Without document it’s a big risk getting into any kind of project. Eventually you will end up loosing more money and time . Keeping the track of all the activities in the project will assist you in handling the client . To collect payment or to avoid refunds keep track of the project is mandory Documents and Project tracking

Conclusion The above-mentioned points may seem like simple things which you already know but trust me until you execute these things in right way customer handling is always going to be a tough task. Successful people are the one who mastered in people handling . Enjoy your learning process.
