Customer Relationship Officer (Female)
Advent Interactive is looking for an ambitious and skillful Customer Relationship Officer
with fluency in Spoken and Written English for providing sales and support services to
our customers and for building effective relationship with prospectous vendors via
phone and online communication.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain high level of customer service in handling client inquiries and settlement of
requests.
- Manage sales contacts with a high attention to detail and accuracy;
- Act as the point of contact for Vendors to turn to with questions regarding the portal
- Entering the rates, availability, promotions in our system for hotels;
- Assisting with acquisition of new tour companies; preparation of commercial mailings,
sales kits and following up by telephone and email;
- Assist tour partners with change requests, updates and other matters pertaining their
partnership and presence on our portal;
- Verify that the website has accurate information on tours and pictures of newly
registered vendors;
- Delivering training to new vendors on how to use portal and rates & availability
system;
- Advise vendors regarding their webpages on our website and how they can amend
data with respect to supply, availability, specials, promotions;
- Providing vendors with information and advice by mail and email, including follow-ups;
- Liaise with vendors to ensure information is up to date;
The daily duties and responsibilities of this position will change periodically according to
business need.You will need to be versatile and adapt quickly to the latest guidelines
from Advent Interactive.

Required Skills:
- Fluency in English Language
- Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus;
- Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Extremely organized;
- Must be able to partner well and deal with high energy, busy Sales people and their
customers and internal support teams;
- Internet savvy;
- Computer literate
- Experience in customer contact positions;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability.
Required Education and Experience:- 1-2 years phone sales environment and/or travel industry environment experience;- Travel sales and/or revenue experience of advantage;- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline;
