5:-Prepare Request for inspection (RFI ) and checklist in accordance to approved inspection
technical procedures (ITP) prior to commence of work.
Inspection to Concrete and Steel Work as per Specification.
Witness the backfilling, earth works, concreting, grouting and asphalt quality testing on
construction site.

1:- To ensure the Tiles construction works and relevant finishing works on site according to
approved specifications and standards.
2:- Survey, design and preparation of BOQ.
3:- Regular site visits to monitor and guide contractors on the construction activities and civil
works of school construction.
4:- Ensure quality construction at site according to standards and specifications of bid
documents.
5:- Preparing the cash for Work payments on regular bases and properly submits them to finance
department for finishing.
6:- Ensure timely completion of construction activities according to the work plan agreed with
the contractors.

ongoing construction activities.
