. Take ownership (called security interest) of full factories Quality as below:
 Responsible for Quality starting from the receipt of raw material till the shipment.
 Responsible for setting, publishing and following the SOP’s on Quality.
Set Quality objectives and Benchmarks for the team and roadmap to Achieve and Maintain the
objectives.
Train, motivate & supervise the quality team to meet the objectives.
Should co-ordinate with Merchandising, technical and Production team to achieve the set goals of
Quality and Shipments.
Should be able to analysis the issue suggest and solve the Quality issues taging along with the
Production / respective teams.
Ensure Rejection control and maintain Cut to ship targets set by the Management.
To deal with the buyers independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality
control/all phase of audit, in line(Finishing) inspection(Interim), pre final and final inspection
To ensure shipments as per buyer’s quality standard including the wash standard, shade and hand
feel required by the customer.
To run the quality standard successfully, prepare necessary instructions, posters, policy & system in
the warehouse, cutting, sewing and finishing floor for achieving best quality.

Pre production stage :
Fabrics & accessories inspection,shrinkge,shade band,shade CS SS,marker direction,consumption and size
set,based on siz set pattern correction.Ensure the customer product safety:metal test,pull test ,fusingbond
strength test.
Production stage:
Cutting section:
Follow up & Quality control in Fbrics inspection(4.0system),Shade segregation(after or before
wash),Mat making,shrinkge test(+,-3% to 5%),Gsm/Ozs test ,Pattern/Hard Pattern(style&size wise all
process)check with measurement & allowance,Marker check with(length,cutting lot no,avoid jumping
& over writing),Table marking check(avoid bias),Spreading Quality check ,with(ends,counts,ply height
and avoid learning ,fabrics tenson,narrow goods,etc)Cutting Quality check(avoid miss cut),Fabrics
bundle check with tolerance & allowance,Cutting number sticker check of all parts.
Sewing section(Workmanship):
Follow up & Quality control (from input to output) in all process audit & check with robin QC(7pcs
