2. Organizational Highlights
Piping Engineer –Daewoo E&C- -SADARA (Construction of World’s largest petrochemical complex)
· Responsible for quantity reporting, fabrication, construction,work packaging, quality verification, field
changes and system turnover for 8500LM of piping, including all air, N2,water,lubeoil,refrigeration,fire
water and hydrocarbon systems.
·Preparation of Material Requisitions (MR) and Service Requisitions (SR)
·Interfacing and coordinating with Sub-contractor Design Team.
·Preparation of FDCR(Field Design Change Request) & TQ(Technical Query) for client approval.
·Monitoring fabrication and erection of pipe spools and supports within Aramco standards..
·Co-ordinate with supervisors to meet daily welding dia-inches.
·Develop work plan for the erection of pipe spools.
·Co-ordination with inspection team and NDT personnels.
·Field revision updating. Review P&ID and corresponding Iso-drawings as per test packages.
·Monitor 480 test packages,Punch list(A,B,C) clearing and handover to commissioning teams.
