6. Scope Of Works Civil The Construction of LV Substation and Switchgear (6MVA) Including Earth works, substructure works, superstructure works and finishes. Paving a PCC block measuring 200x100x80mm, with kerbs as needed, including road base and sand bedding. Matching the level of paving in the surrounding area. RCC Foundation for 8mtr Height Electrical light Pole including Excavation, backfilling and concreting works. Demolition and removal of existing interlocks to lay the MEP services. Reinstatement of pavement and making-good the surrounding area. Construction of RCC manholes for power system cables and Fire hose pipe, including earthworks, concrete works, and finishes. Construction of RCC Foundation slab for above ground cylindrical Fire water tank.

7. Scope Of Works ELECTRICAL Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of complete switch gears Supply & Installation of LV panel, Capacitor Bank, HV room DB. LV room DB & service pedestals (socket outlet). Supply & Installation of LV cables from LV panel to Capacitor bank, HV room DB LV room DB & service pedestals (socket outlet). Supply & Installation of Light fixtures, Switches, Wiring Accessories & Isolators. Supply & Installation of EV pedestals. Supply & Installation of CCTV System. Supply & Installation of earthing system. Supply & Installation of Containments (Cable tray & UPVC sleeves).

8. Scope Of Works Modification of LV panel in area ‘B’ & area ‘C’. Modification, Supply & installation of service pedestals (socket outlet) in area ‘B’. Supply & installation of service pedestal (socket outlet) in area ‘C’. Supply & Installation of LV cables from LV panel to service pedestal in area ‘B’ & ‘C.

9. Scope Of Works Plumbing We have included Plumbing works as per issued Tender Documents as follows in our offer. Water supply connection to proposed Service Pedestals (4 no’s) at area ‘A’. Irrigation Network with Automatic Sprinkler System at Area A. Rain Water Drainage & Condensate Drainage for Proposed Substation at area ‘A’. Water supply connection to proposed Service Pedestals (2 no’s) at area ‘B’. Water supply connection to proposed Service Pedestals (1 no’s) at area ‘C’.

10. Scope Of Works HVAC Our scope of HVAC works is limited the following only: Supply & installation of DX-Package unit with necessary ductworks & accessories for proposed new LV room in area 'A'. Supply & installation of BMS only for water & power supply connections in pedestals (11 no’s).

11. Scope Of Works Fire Fighting As per the issued tender documents, we have considered the Supply, Installation and Testing commissioning of following works in our offer. Fire Hose Reel Cabinet with Manual call point & Fire Alarm Sounder and Flasher (SOS Cabinet) - 6 Nos for Area-A and 1 No for area ‘C’. Fire Hydrant - 15 Nos for area ‘A’ Galvanized Steel, ERW, ASTM A 53, SCH 40 Grade B pipes for Above Ground fire FHRC piping & and HDPE pipes for below ground Fire Hydrant pipe works. Firefighting Special system (1 No for) for new 6 MVA substation's LV Room.
