3. This office is working to formally publish the update in accordance with the provisions of
AR 25.30 and existing Army Publishing Directorate (APO) staffing processes.
4. Beginning with FY12 enlisted centralized selection boards, his update (combined with a
formal board Memorandum of Instruction (MON) will be accessible to all serving board members
and serve as the medium to inform them of professional development guidance for NCOs within
your respective CMF.
5. To facitate the transition to the Amy's NCO Professional Development Guide within the
