Why Yoga or meditation?? Sitting is as bad as smoking!! Let’s understand our heart. 7000 liters of blood per day 25% of blood goes to brain Arteries & Veins  70,000 km Strength = Lifting 1tonne weight to a height of 42ft. Works day & night from birth to death. (What’s the secret of its efficiency?)

Why Yoga or meditation?? Well!! It follows a discipline Normal condition: Contract / Systole (0.3) + Relax /Diastole (0.5) = 0.8 sec/cardiac cycle  60/0.8  72 – 75 beats per min  100% pure. Stressful condition: Contract / Systole (0.3) + Relax /Diastole ( 0.4) = 0.7 sec/cardiac cycle  60/0.7  85 beats per min  80 % pure.

Why Yoga or meditation?? Further stressful condition: Contract / Systole (0.3) + Relax /Diastole (0.3) = 0.6 sec/cardiac cycle  60/0.6  100 beats per min  60 % pure. Impure blood = Lipids + Cholesterol deposition
