Research Aims
The main aim of this project is to explore the influence
of talent management as a strategic priority within
Danina Line.
Business organisations give top priority to strategies in
problem solving and development. The goal of this
project research is to highlight the various aspects of
talent management as a strategic priority.

Research Objectives
To know the roles of HR in Talent Management
To understand Danina Line’s current talent management
strategy
To explore what kind of impact HR’s roles in talent
management have
To know the way to manage talent.

Literature Review
Taylor, (2000) say that Talent management can play a vital role in
the Human resource department to improve the skill and ability of
organizational employees.
Michael et al (2011) described the talent as "the aggregate of a
person's abilities, talents, expertise, intellectual, judgement, attitude,
personality and drive.
Michael et al (2011) refers that relevant data are the more important
aspects to conduct talent management in human resource.

Research Methodology
This research was based on simple random sampling
Quantitative and qualitative data.
It is more like a step-by-step process.

Data Collection
Talent management focuses on the improvement of organizational
employees.
Talent management has a huge impact on productivity in an
organization.
Talent management allows the recruiters to recruit talented people
for the position.
Talent management refers to human resource management that
identifies talented people and improves their skills and ability

Finding from the analysis
Danina Line use different strategy - strategies to retail employees,
hold performance appraisal and organize work.
Most of the workers of Danina Line are women and more than half
of them has degree in different subject.
Danina Line have a different talent management strategy

Conclusion
In this research, I make a research project about Danina Line. Danina
Line is a company that produces children's clothing. The main aim of
this project was to explored the influence of talent management as a
strategic priority within Danina Line and the aim has successfully
achieved.
This study found that there has a different talent management strategy
at Danina Line such as continuous training and development,
employee motivation, career guidance and counselling, daily staff
appraisal and effective succession planning.
How the researcher collects and analyzes the data shortly discusses
that. The literature review to makes the research more relevant.
