What you’ll get:
Drinking more water isn’t the same as improving hydration
Quality and quantity of water…
Why we’re doing this:
I used to not care about the quality of water I drank…
I used to not even like drinking water… I was a beer
brewer so I would just drink a pint of beer, but would
struggle to down a pint of water…
Before we talk about the quantity of water you should be
drinking, we need to talk about quality…
The Problem:
We know that the biggest problem keeping you from
getting more energy is a toxic gut…
If that’s the case, then it makes sense to clean your gut
right?
Water is the main tool you use to clean… can you imagine
cleaning your dishes without water, brushing your teeth
without water, doing laundry without water, taking a
shower without water…
The Problem:
You need water to clean…
… but it’s important to understand that you need to use
clean water to clean… clean water is one of the most
important tools you need to create an environment for
probiotics to grow…
You can’t clean with toxic water…
… and most people don’t pay attention to what’s in their
water…
Drinking 1 gallon of toxic water VS 1 gallon of clean water
Origin Story:
I was a beer brewer… brewing beer is basically growing
probiotics using sugar from grains in water…
This is actually how I learned to grow probiotics…
To brew beer, the first thing I needed to do was to make
sure all of my brewing equipment was clean and sanitized…
… and I needed to make sure that my water was clean…
there could be no toxic anything in my brewing water…
Origin Story:
That’s when it dawned on me…
If I cared so much about water when brewing beer then
why wasn’t I paying attention to the water I was drinking?
If toxic water affected brewer’s yeast, which is a probiotic,
then it made sense that drinking toxic water would also
affect the probiotics that lived in my gut…
What’s in your drinking water?

Address Objections:
You’re not a chemist?
Neither are we… which is why we found that starting with
reverse osmosis was the easiest way to ensure you are
drinking clean water…
Reverse osmosis has no minerals and you need minerals to
hydrate… which is why we are going to cover minerals on
day two…
There are other sources of clean water like natural spring
water… but straight from the spring, not bottled water…
Most filters don’t get rid of all toxic waste found in most
city water, so reverse osmosis is the easiest way to get
started
Address Objections:
Many people feel like they’ve tried everything, but then
start to realize that almost nothing works when you have a
toxic gut…
You need clean water to clean your gut…
Drinking clean water is the most important step you can
take to get started…
No diet or supplement will work to clean your gut if you
don’t drink clean water…
Here’s what to do now:
You need to make sure you are drinking clean water…

Get reverse osmosis water
If you’re on a well, you’d have to get a water test done and
check for residual alkalinity (if you get a lot of mineral
deposits on your faucets then chances are you are getting
mineral deposits in your body… we call those mineral
deposits stones, like gallstones, kidney stones)... that’s the
opposite of a clean environment…
What to expect:
If you are on the younger side or starting out with a
relatively clean gut, then you’ll likely start to notice a boost
of energy right away just from improving your hydration…
If you’re in your late 30’s or 40’s and you are starting out
with a toxic gut… maybe you are currently experiencing
gas, bloating, constipation or diarrhea… then the main
improvements you are looking for are improvements with
your bowel movements and your skin…
If your skin is dry, or ashy, then you’ll start to notice your
skin will be a little more hydrated by the end of these 5
days… but don’t take our word for it… try not using body
lotion this week so you can see how much hydration alone
can improve your skin…
What to expect:
This is the first step to improve the environment in your
gut so you can grow probiotics that give you more
energy…
