2. faktor persalinan salah satunnya dipengaruhi oleh (psikologis) > dukungan yang kurang > proses persalinan kala II menjadi lambat Introdiouce masalah 01 Penelitian (janiarli dan fahmi 2018) menunjukan 5 dari 19 ibu masih mengalami persalinan tidak lancar yang kurang adanya pendampingan suami. Justifikasi 02 Faktor passage (jalan lahir), passanger (janin) , power (kekuatan), penolong, psikologis. Faktor persalinan 03 Pemerintah melakukan GSI (Gerakan Sayang Ibu) suatu gerakan yang di lakukan masyarakat (keluarga), untuk mrendukung ibu bersalin yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi rasa cemas dan tenang dalam proses persalinan. BAB 5 01 Hasil uji Chi Square dengan SPSS didapatkan p-value – 0,032 (p-value<0,05) maka H1 diterima artinya menunjukan adanya hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap lama persalinan kala II . 02 Menurut teori (Wciknjosastro, 2010 ) Dukungan keluarga pada kala II dapat mengurangi rasa cemas dan gelisah yang dirasakan oleh ibu bersalin, cemas menyebabkan kadar hormone yang berhubungan dengan setress meningkat (b-endrophin, hormon andrenokotikotropik (ACTH), kortikos, dan epinefrin) sehingga dapat menyebabkan perlambatan kala II 03 Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh (Sagita, 2018) di RSIA Anugrah Medical Center Keberadaan keluarga akan membawa dampak yang baik pada proses persalinan karena dapat memberikan dukungan, semangat, dan rasa aman. 04 Maka dapat disimpukan, yang membuat ibu mengalami lamanya persalinan kala II salah satunya penyebab adalah kurang adanya dukungan keluarga. Keluarga bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan komunikasi dan memberikan dukungan yang baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan fisik dan psikologis ibu bersalin.

10. BAB 6 SARAN KESIMPULAN 1 . 1. Diharapkan memberi konseling tentang pentingnya dukungan keluarga saat persalinan kepada suami / keluarga saat periksa hamil di Poli Hamil Bagi Bidan di Puskemas Tanah Kali Kedinding Surabaya 2. Mampu menjadi referensi mengenai dukungan keluarga dalam keberhasilan ibu bersalin. Bagi Institusi Pendidikan Ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap lama persalinan kala II di Puskesmas Tanah Kali Kedinding Surabaya .
