This project aims to develop a multilingual fact-checking chatbot that leverages artificial
intelligence (AI) technologies to combat misinformation and provide users with accurate
information in multiple languages. The chatbot will incorporate human intervention to ensure the
accuracy and reliability of fact-checking results.
•To design and implement a multilingual fact-checking chatbot using automated machine learning
(AutoML) techniques for claim analysis and verification.
•To leverage artificial neural networks (ANNs) for natural language processing (NLP) tasks,
including claim classification, evidence retrieval, and credibility assessment.
•To integrate human intervention into the fact-checking process to validate automated results,
resolve ambiguities, and provide explanations for complex claims.
•To evaluate the performance of the fact-checking chatbot across multiple languages and cultural
contexts and assess its impact on misinformation mitigation and media literacy.
