WHAT IS DEPRESSION? Depression is a serious condition that negatively affects how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. In contrast to normal sadness ,depression is persistent, often interferes with a person’s ability to experience or anticipate pleasure, and significantly interferes with functioning in daily life. Untreated, symptoms can last for weeks, months, or years; and if inadequately treated, depression can lead to significant impairment, other health-related issues, and in rare cases, suicide.

WHAT IS ANXIETY? Anxiety is the mind and body's reaction to stressful, dangerous, or unfamiliar situations. It's the sense of uneasiness, distress, or dread you feel before a significant event. REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE ON ANXIETY Hey , Dealing with anxiety hasn't been that hard since the start , also till the time you haven't identified it its a bit easier yet messy . You suffer from things that most people might have never experienced those sudden waves of sweat , that constant tapping of feet , needing reassurance every time , constantly feeling that people are getting irritated out of you . Yet the most difficult part is when it comes to PEOPLE , you can't tell anyone how there are certain things you go through and they state it as ' its happens with everyone , you haven't seen life yet ' If you're one of those people who have even said it I'd just say that's now how you help someone Dealing with anxiety is a bit easier if you have quality friends who don't use your insecurities on your face or behind your back and and and the best ' write what you feel ' whatever that's pulling you back or making you hold on to things write it out please ! Personally telling that helps the best also drink loadssss of water Just never stop doing what you love just because your anxiety hold you back Try to be friends with yourself and people who love your flaws <3 And trust me , it isn't that hard I swear everything can be cured and anxiety is one of them !
HI DEPRESSION ,PEOPLE OFTEN IGNORE THE MENTAL HEALTH OF A PERSON .
CONCLUSION DEALING WITH DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY CAN BE TOUGH BUT IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE YOU JUST NEED TO HAVE A GOOD INFLUENCE AND POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT IF ANYONE CAN THEN YOU DEFINITELY COULD.
