Descriptive Adjectives

When you write a narrative… Better to use strong adjectives than boring ones. Boring: 😐 nice, good, bad, easy, loud, big Interesting: 😎 delicious, superb, atrocious, effortless, thunderous, immense

Your Writing Assignment will be a narrative . You will be required to use descriptive adjectives that refer to the senses (sight, sound, touch, taste, smell). Here is a highly recommended reference for synonyms: thesaurus.com

Practice recognizing descriptive adjectives You will see 8 adjectives displayed and a sense category (like sight, smell, etc.) Choose the 2 adjectives that do NOT refer to that sense category. After you make your choice, go to the next slide to check yourself. Use a dictionary like SpanishDict.com if you don’t know some of the words.
