STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEMS The housing satisfaction level of tenants varies and it’s dependent on dwelling, environment and management interaction systems. P rovision of adequate and satisfactory housing in Nigeria and other developing nations alike still remains one of the most intractable challenges facing human and national development.

RESEARCH QUESTION what are the socio-economic characteristics of the respondents ? what the factors affecting the housing satisfaction in the study area ? what are the determinants of the tenants’ satisfaction in the study area? What are the constraint faced by tenants of public rental housing?
