Personality-is the interpretation of your inner self to other people and it shown by
your total behavior and by the responses of the other people to that behavior.
PERSONALITY
Repelling personality are those people who find it hard to adjust
to other people and people find it hard to adjust to him or her.
Appealing personality is when you find it easy to adjust to
different life’s situation and can relate to different kinds of people.
Two kinds of Personality and your influence to other people
You can have a negative personality and be a BI or bad
influence to those
people around you.
You can have a positive personality and be a GI or good
influence to those
people around you, whose lives you will be privileged to
touch.
Personality is DYNAMIC, which means it
can be changed. It can be improved
and can be developed. That is why there is
a personality development. However,
there are two kinds of changes that can
happen to one’s personality:
o Change for the better
o Change for the worse

improved through better diet
and exercise.

1. You should always look your best by being presentable because
you represent your company. Observe good posture at all-time
whether you are seated, standing, and while walking. You should
always have poise, which means being calm and cool even when
faced with a difficult situation.
2. You should show that you are an organized person by your
appearance. This is obviously true because how can you organize
your work properly if you cannot even organize yourself by the way
you look.
3. You should always have a clean, neat, and businesslike appearance
from the head down to your feet. This would require the basic
practice of good grooming.
4. Clothes should be simple and appropriate for business wear. Your
wardrobe will never be complete unless you wear a “smile”.
5. Hair should be neatly combed with becoming hairstyle. Choose a
hairstyle that will not take so much of your time to maintain.

6. You should be sweet-smelling at all times with the right fragrance.
Avoid perfumes that are too strong.
7. Pieces of jewelry and other accessories should be simple and well-

8. Fingernails are well cared and properly trimmed. At work, your
most displayed body part, aside from your face, are your hands.
9. Make-up should be suited and evenly applied. Make-up should be
used to enhance the beautiful features of your face.
10. Your shoes should be clean, well-shined, and preferably should be
in matching colors that harmonizes with your wardrobe.
