4. CLINICAL FEATURES Nasal blockage Nasal congestion Nose bleed Noisy breathing Nasal discharge Pain Difficulty in percieving smell

5. DIAGNOSIS X-Ray Nasal speculum Rhinoscopy

6. MANAGEMENT Decongestants Antihistamines Surgery : septolasty , submucous resection Monitor vital signs Stop nose bleeding Semi fowlers position Avoid aspirin Ice application- pain , swelling
