1. Flow of Activities for
DG Installation

2. Plant room
•Plant room with clear height of 5.5 Meter clearance and the width as per the
service consultant drawing.
•The final location of HSD tank and the routing of fuel pipe as per the service
consultant drawings.
•The Cable / Buss bar routing as per the service consultants.
•A clear space for the Crain to enter the plant room to shift the DG sets from
trucks to the proper location.
•The plant room to be fully equipped with the fire extinguishers as lot of insulating
material and fire hard material will be used during the installation of complete
system.
•No water should stop in the Plant room and for that all the drainage system to
be ready before DG set arrive to the plant room

•As per the service consultants drawing the required height for the
HSD tank …… Meters need to be constructed
•Plat form for HSD tank
•The concrete trench for fuel pipe and LT Cables
•Concrete road for the fuel truck to come for refueling
