Flower: * An attractive part of a plant. * It is the reproductive organ of a plant. * It attracts the insects for the pollination.
1)Sepals: are the green, leaf-like structure at the base of the flower . Sepals protect the flower during its development and support the petals when the flower blooms. It can be separate or joined together.

2) Petals : They are colorful structures that surround the inner parts of the flower. They attract insects. They may remain free or attached to each other .
3) Pedicel 0r Stalk: It is the part that attaches the flower to the stem of the plant.
4)Stamens They are the male reproductive parts of a flower
Each stamen has two parts: A thin stalk-like structure called filament and a sac-like structure called anther. The anther produces a powdery substance called pollen grains. Pollen
Carpel (pistil): It is the female reproductive part of the flower.
Carpel (pistil) has three parts 1)A top portion called stigma which receives the pollen grains . 2) Ovary is a innermost part that contains small bead-like structure inside it called the ovules which become seeds. 3) Stalk-like structure called style that connects ovary and stigma
