Dilated common bile duct cbd with normal conjugated (direct) bilirubin .

1-Partial common bile duct obstruction
2-Intermittent common bile duct obstruction (valve like
action of stone)
3-occlusion of a number of major bile ducts
4-Sclerosing cholangitis
5-Caroli disease
6-After surgical release of the obstruction, the biliary ducts
contracted  centripetally, with the common bile
duct requiring up to two to return to normal size
