5. Overall responsible agency: department of social welfare and development ( dswd ) 5 In the Philippines, this agency is responsible on providing services that aim to uplift Filipinos through DSWD programs that focus on poverty alleviation, social protection, disaster response, and rehabilitation. The agency also provides relief and rehabilitation services in times of disasters and calamities. They manage the evacuation centers and the distribution of relief goods to affected individuals and families.

6. National Disaster risk reduction and management council ( ndrrmc ) 6 It is administered by the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) under the Department of National (DND) that is being responsible for ensuring the protection and welfare of the people during disasters or emergencies. This agency plans and leads the guiding activities in the field of communication, warning signals, emergency, transportation, evacuation, rescue, engineering, health and rehabilitation, public education and auxiliary services.

Department of health ( doh ) 7 It is the executive department of the government of the Philippines responsible for ensuring access to basic public health services by all Filipinos through the provision of quality health care, the regulation of all health services and products. It is also the government’s overall technical authority on health .

8. Department of national defense ( dnd ) 8 It is the executive department of the Philippine government responsible for guarding against external and internal threats to peace and security in the country.

9. Logical government unit ( lgu ) 9 Logical government is divided into three levels: provinces and independent cities, component cities and municipalities, and barangays. LGU officials are in charge for providing direct and basic services to the people ensuring peace and order within communities.

10. Department of the interior and logical government ( dilg ) 10 It is the executive department of the Philippine government for promoting peace and order, ensuring public safety and strengthening local government capability aimed towards the effective delivery of basic citizenry
