Odoo provides options for discount and loyalty programs in sales, ecommerce and point of sale applications that can use customers for their online and in-store shopping. These programs will increase customer loyalty. This slide shows how discount and loyalty programs apply in odoo 17 sales.

These programs will increase customer loyalty. This slide shows how discount and loyalty programs apply in odoo 17 sales.

3. Enterprise Configure the Settings: First Install the sales module of odoo. Then goto Sales -> Configuration -> Settings. Activate Discounts, Loyalty & Gift Card option.

4. Enterprise Create new Discount & Loyalty In Sales goto Products -> Discount & Loyalty First Create new discount & loyalty with conditional rules and rewards. When creating a new one choose the program type as “ Loyalty Cards”

6. Enterprise Add Conditional rules by clicking the “Add” button inside conditional rules .

7. Enterprise Add rewards by clicking the ‘Add’ button inside rewards.

8. Enterprise Create a new sales order for a customer with satisfying loyalty conditional rules. Then automatically creates loyalty card for the customer Also can apply the loyalty card for the current sale order otherwise can apply lately. If the loyalty card is applied , then corresponding reward will be added with the sale order.
