Air Freshener Dispenser: Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting
A fully functioning unit will generate a characteristic fragrance odor. In case the fragrance being generated is
not perceived in a way that it was earlier in the refill lifetime there can be a number of reasons/solutions to
that. They are presented below.
Problem: Unsure whether the refill is activated
or not
Solution: You can check if the wick is wet. If the wick is wet, it is activated. If the wick is not visibly wet, a
rolled up tissue can be pressed against the wick to check it. If an oily spot is left on the tissue this indicated
that there is fragrance in the wick and that the unit is working
Problem: It is a common problem with all types of air fresheners that the customer becomes familiar with
the fragrance an so it does not register in the way it originally did
Solution: Change to another fragrance
Problem:
Very high airflow or an excessive air turnover rate can result in fragrance being swept away
Solution: More dispensers are needed
Problem: Low air flow can result in lower evaporation rate
Solution 1: The Signature Series Air Freshener Advanced will solve this problem
Solution 2: If the dispenser is placed
improperly so that the fragrance cannot disperse throughout the room
the dispenser can be moved closer to the entrance or replaced with a the Air Freshener Advanced
Problem: The room may be too big for the number of dispensers installed
Solution: Install more dispensers or change the setting to normal
Problem:
Cold air suppresses the fragrance so it is simply not as strong in the nose
Solution: If the room temperature is fixed, then there is no efficient solution to this problem
Problem: Cold air/ high humidity will lower the volatility of fragrance so it might not be evaporating
completely
Solution:
The fan version will solve this

Clean Seat Dispenser: Service Instructions
The Clean Seat Dispenser uses the same type of refill as the Soap Dispensers both in a 300 ML pouch. The
functionality and design of the dispenser are identical to Soap Dispenser, but besides the
reduced height/capacity, it doesn't have a level indicator. This has been omitted because the
Clean Seat
refill is replaced by the SSR every 30 days.
It dispenses an alcohol based foam which cleans the toilet seat and evaporates instantly. The
refill will last for 750 doses.
Refill
Clean Seat Foam is slow to absorb on tissue and quick to evaporate on the seat leaving a clean
surface for
the user. It has a pleasant, light fragrance that reinforces cleanliness standards and is 99% biodegradable.
The formulation contains an active ingredient that has been proven in tests to be effective against E‐coli and
other intestinal bacteria, fungi and viruses.

1. Replace refill on service
visit (every 30 days)
2. Ensure dispenser is functioning properly

Toilet Paper Dispenser: Service Instructions
The Toilet Paper Dispenser can hold two standard toilet rolls. The spare roll is hidden and protected and can
only be accessed when the other roll is completely used. That secures, if proper serviced, that the user will
always be able to have what they need. The dispenser is designed so the
user can change to the other roll
without having to put their hands where they can’t see.
How it Works
The dispenser is designed with a blocking mechanism
preventing the user from changing roll before a roll is
completely used.
The blocking devise will always be centered. In the picture
on
the right there is not a roll to the left. Then the blocking
devise will be flexible and allow user to slide the cover. If
there was a roll, this will stop the blocking devise, which will
prevent the cover from sliding.
How to Service
1. On service visit, replenish
paper supply and ensure dispensers are full and functioning properly
How to Insert Refill
1. Open dispenser with key
2. Place toilet paper rolls on core (be cautious of the direction your customer likes the toilet paper to
