1) Preparing of Request for Payments (RFP) for utilities of such as electric, water,
chiller & aircon extension.
2) Preparing vendor selection for various client requirements such as services - (
e.g. tour packages or shuttle services & refill of fire extinguishers), Vendors are
not accredited vendors yet.
3) Preparing PR/PO for various client requirements such as services or repair from
existing vendor pool - (e.g. replacement of card readers & repair of pedestal
cabinets)
4) Liase with Building Administrator for any issues and concerns about rental billing,
utilities, power shutdowns, etc
5) Implementation of Administrative Guidelines, contributes to policy discussion
and is responsible for implementing policy decisions as directed
Visitor's Access Guidelines,
Use of the Incident Report Form
Emergency Preparedness (e.g. Fire Drill Seminar & Evac )
Housekeeping Work Order Tracking Sheet
6) Facilitate weekly/monthly meetings with various Service Providers, such as
Housekeeping & Security.
7) Responsible for the delivery of a full range of administrative services.
8) Manages all office services covering facilities, maintenance, leasing, insurances,
office equipments and supplies purchased.
9) Control a broad span of service departments (possibly through contractors), such
as catering, maintenance, post/messenger services, janitorial services, car
pooling, printing, mailing property services, reception, switchboard/telex, stores
and storage areas, vehicle fleet administration.
10) Liaises for repair and maintenance of cars, office equipment and premises.
Ensures office cleanliness.
11) May be in charge of other miscellaneous administration duties as may be
assigned.
