3. Motivation
A.Vedio Presentation
Have you experience to construct projects in your EPP subject?
What kind of projects did you make?
How did you find the activity? Why?
What learnings did you gain in doing such kind of projects?
B.Exploration
A.Group Activity (Cooperative Learning)
How to Make a Piggy Bank, Flower Vase, Pencil Holder Out of a Water Bottle/
canister
Materials you need:
Empty plastic beverage bottle (the wider the better)
Craft knife
Scissors
Colored paper (1 sheet orange, 1 sheet blue)
Pencil
Craft glue
Transparent tape
Hole punch
Paintbrush

•Group Activity will be graded using a Rubrics ( see attached Rubrics)
B. Setting of standards in doing the activity.
C. Go around and follow-up the conduct of activity by each group. Remind each
group that they will be presenting their gathered data in class after finishing
their activity.
D. Group Reporting

C. Explanation
A. Discussion and Analysis
1. Ask:
How do you find doing your project?
What common problems do you encounter?
What do you do to solve these?
B.Generalization
What useful outputs did you construct out of recyclable materials?
1.Flower vase
2.Piggy bank/coin bank
3.Pencil case/holder
4.
C. Value Integration:
1.What are you planning to do with your outputs?
2.Do you think it is possible to make earnings out of your outputs?
How?

D. Elaboration Design/construct outputs out of available recyclable materials found at home.
Learner 1 –Flower out of empty bottles
. Learner 2 – Home Decoration out of plastic straw.
