2. Definition:- DNA microarray contains thousand of known immobilized DNA Sequence organized in an area no larger than a microscope slide. The fluorescent tagged sample to be sequenced is added.

3. Array :- An aaray Or slide is collection of features spatially arranged in a two dimensional grid, arranged in columns and rows. Thousand Or hundred of thousands of spot per square inch. Each holds millions of copies of a DNA sequence from one gene.
