November3,2020.OneofthestateshelostwasGeorgia.Trump

charged
inthisIndictmentrefusedtoaccept

joined

conspiracy
tounlawfullychangetheoutcomeoftheelectioninfavorofTrump.That

4.HarassmentandIntimidationofFultonCountvElectionWorkerRubvFreeman
Membersoftheenterprise,includingseveraloftheDefendants,falselyaccusedFulton
CountyelectionworkerRubyFreemanofcommittingelectioncrimesinFultonCounty,Georgia.
ThesefalseaccusationswererepeatedtoGeorgialegislatorsandother.Georgiaofficialsinan
efforttopersuade
themtounlawfullychangetheoutcomeoftheNovember3,2020,presidential
electioninfavorofDonaldTrump.
Infurtheranceofthisscheme,membersoftheenterprise
