A 10 year old girl presented in OPD with H/O joint pain from 2 years. Joints involved are both wrist joints in first 6 months. Then pain also started in all finger joints. On examination, there are deformities of fingers. No H/o fever or rash. systemic examination unremarkable otherwise. Station 22
