DREAMS AND GOALS

DREAMS
A dream is also a type of target: it is
the ultimate realization of your
desire or wish.
Big and seem unrealistic at first
glance. They also don't have to be as
focused or specific as goals

GOALS; goals are focused,
specific, short-term targets
that involve things that are
under your direct control

A dream is a goal with out actions Setting
goals is the first step in turning the invisible
into Visible .
Dreams needs to be converted as Goals
You need to turn your dreams into action.
Goals make the visions of your dreams
Have long term goals and short term goals
Goals should be based on what you think you should
be doing not what you ‘like’ to do.
Most of our goals are based on external factors –
your company, advertisements, or ‘your family’

In other to achieve
your goals you need
to prioritise SMART
GOALS.
S: be Specific
M: be Measurable
A: be Achievable
R: be Realistic
T: be Timely
