What is Drinking Water ??? Potable water is water which is fit for consumption by humans and other animals. It is also called drinking water, in a reference to its use. Water may be naturally potable, as is the case with pristine springs, O r it may need to be treated in order to be safe.

Need of Drinking Water Without water, your body would stop working properly Water aids in digestion, absorption of food, regulates body temperature and blood circulation, carries nutrients and oxygen to cells, and removes toxins and other wastes

If we don’t Drink water ? One of the major results of inaction is dehydration Symptoms of dehydration include Dry mouth Sleepiness or tiredness Thirst Decreased urination Muscle weakness Headache Dizziness

Water Replenishment It is recommended that a person should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day Drink it with lunch and dinner Instead of choosing sodas, juices, or alcohol drink water with your meal

Take a 16 or more-ounce water bottle to school and/or work Drink all the water before lunch Refill the bottle Drink it all before you head home 16-ounce = approx. 0.5 litre Water Replenishment
