Establish the procedures for
issuing driver’s licensing,
learner’s permits, registering

Administrative Laws
•States can suspend or
revoke licenses.
•Suspension: Temporarily
take away licenses for a
specified period of time.

Other right of way situations
Yield to vehicles who are still in an
intersection
Yield to oncoming vehicles if you
are turning left.
At a four way stop sign-yield to the vehicle
that stopped first. If you arrive at the same
time, yield to the vehicle to the right.
Speed limit signs post the maximum
