1. 10 good deeds for each letter.

Allaah will forgive him even if he has deserted the

ُمُوّيَقلا ُّيَحْلا َوُه هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلا يِذهلا َميظَعْلا َهاللَّ ُرِفْغَتْسَأ
ِهيَلِإ ُبوُتَأَو
Allaah would make him
(he who affirms these truths) enter Paradise through
any one of its eight doors which he would like.

َراهنلا هنَأَو ٌّقَح َةهنَجْلا هنَأَو ُهْنِم ٌحوُرَو َمَيْرَم ىَلِإ اَهاَقْلَأ
ٌّقَح
a reward equal to that for freeing four slaves from
the progeny of Prophet Isma'il."
[Al- Bukhari and Muslim]. (ref1).
10X ،دمحلا هلو كلملا هل ،هل كيرش لا هدحو الله لاإ هلإ لا
ريدق ءيش لك ىلع وهو
reward equivalent to that for setting free a slave
from among the descendants of Ishmael, will have
ten good deeds recorded for him, will have ten evil
deeds deducted from him, will be advanced ten
degrees, and will be guarded from the devil till the
evening. If he says them in the evening he will have a
similar recompense till the morning.

Allah shall send for him protectors to guard him from
Shaitan until he reaches morning, and Allah writes
for him ten good deeds, and He wipes from him ten
of the destructive evil deeds, and it shall be for him
the equal of freeing ten believing slaves. ref 14

all that day from every disliked thing, and he shall be

a reward of freeing ten slaves for him. One hundred
good actions (hassanah) are written for him and one
hundred sins are erased from him, and it is a
protection from Shaytan for that day until the night.
No-one does anything more excellent than what he
does except someone who does more than that.".(ref

his sins will be removed from him though they are
like the foam of the sea. [Al- Bukhari and
Muslim].(ref2)

100x ِهاللَّ َناَحْبُس
(Ref9) the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me, “O
'Abdullah bin Qais, would you like to be guided to
one of the treasures of Paradise: ? ِهللَّاِب هلاِإ َةهوُق َلاَو َلْوَح َلا
ِهللّاِب هلاِإ َةهوُق َلاَو َلْوَح َلا ،
Saying ( ،لله دمحلا) fills the Scale (of good deeds),
saying
(الله ناحبس , ربكأ اللهو ،) fills the heavens and the earth.
(ref.10)
ربكأ اللهو ،لله دمحلاو ،الله ناحبس
Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in
the balance, and are loved by the Most Merciful One.

If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith
in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he
will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody
recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before
the morning, he will be from the people of
Paradise.(ref 6)

اَنَأَو ،َكُدْبَع اَنَأَو يِنَتْقَلَخ ،َتْنَأ هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلا ،يِّبَر َتْنَأ همُههللا
ىَلَع اَم ِّرَش ْنِم َكِب ُذوُعَأ ،ُتْعَطَتْسا اَم َكِدْعَوَو َكِدْهَع
ِنِب َكَل ُءوُبَأ ،ُتْعَنَص ْرِفْغاَف ،يِبْنَذِب َكَل ُءوُبَأَو هىَلَع َكِتَمْع
َتْنَأ هلاِإ َبوُنُّذلا ُرِفْغَي َلا ُههنِإَف ،يِل
"Whoever gets up at night and says (these dhikr) and
invokes (Allah), he will be responded to and if he
performs ablution (and prays), his prayer will be
accepted.(ref 7)
،ُدْمَحْلا ُهَلَو ،ُكْلُمْلا ُهَل ،ُهَل َكيِرَش َلا ُهَدْحَو ُهاللَّ هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلا
ٌريِدَق ٍءْىَش ِّلُك ىَلَع َوُهَو. ِهِللّ ُدْمَحْلا َلاَو ،ِهاللَّ َناَحْبُسَو ،
ِهللّاِب هلاِإ َةهوُق َلاَو َلْوَح َلاَو ،ُرَبْكَأ ُهاللََّو ،ُهاللَّ هلاِإ َهَلِإ.
يِل ْرِفْغا همُههللا.

اوُّلَص اوُنَمآ َنيِذهلا اَهُّيَأ اَي ۚ ِّيِبهنلا ىَلَع َنوُّلَصُي ُهَتَكِئَلََمَو َهاللَّ هنِإ ِهْيَلَع
اًميِلْسَت اوُمِّلَسَو
Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet, and
His angels [ask Him to do so]. O you who have
believed, ask [ Allah to confer] blessing upon him and
ask [ Allah to grant him] peace. 33:56
…….. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever
sends salah upon me once, Allah (SWT) will send
salah upon him tenfold, and will erase ten sins from
him, and will raise him ten degrees in status ref 11
ْمِّلَس َو ِّلَص همُههللا ٍدهمَحُم اَنِّيِبَن ىَلَع
he will have a promise from Allah to make him
pleased on the Day of Resurrection."ref 16
اًّيِبَن ٍدهمَحُمِبَو اًنيِد ِمَلَْسِلإاِبَو اًّبَر ِهللّاِب ُتيِضَر

3. ُّىَأ َلََكْلا َلاَق ُلَضْفَأ ِم " ِهاللَّ َناَحْبُس ِهِداَبِعِل ْوَأ ِهِتَكِئَلََمِل ُهاللَّ ىَفَطْصا اَم
ِهِدْمَحِبَو" .

َناَحْبُس :َتْأَدَب هنِهِّيَأِب َكُّرُضَي َلا ,ٌعَبْرَأ ِهَاللَّ ىَلِإ ِمَلََكْلَا ُّبَحَأ
ْكَأ ُهَاللََّو ,ُهَاللَّ هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلاَو ,ِهِللّ ُدْمَحْلاَو ,ِهَاللَّ ُهَجَرْخَأ } ُرَب

1. Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "He who utters ten times: 'La ilaha illallahu, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahulmulku
wa lahulhamdu, wa Huwa 'ala kulli sha'in Qadir (there is no true god except Allah. He is One and He has
no partner with Him. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Omnipotent),' he will have a
reward equal to that for freeing four slaves from the progeny of Prophet Isma'il."
[Al- Bukhari and Muslim].
نعو لاق ملسو هيلع الله ىلص يبنلا نع هنع الله يضر يراصنلأا بويأ يبأ: " هلإ لا لاق نم هلو كلملا هل ،هل كيرش لا هدحو الله لاإ
ليعامسإ دلو نم سفنأ ةعبرأ قتعأ نمك ناك ،تارم رشع ،ريدق ءيش لك ىلع وهو ،دمحلا" (( هيلع قفتم) ).
2. He reported God’s messenger as saying that if anyone says a hundred times in a day, "Glory be
to God, and I begin with praise to Him", his sins will be removed from him though they are like
the foam of the sea. (Bukhari and Muslim.). َلاَق :َلاَق ُهْنَعَو َناَحْبُس :َلاَق ْنَم " :َمهلَسَو ِهْيَلَع ُهاللَّ ىهلَص ِهاللَّ ُلوُسَر
ِرْحَبْلا ِدَبَز َلْثِم ْتَناَك ْنِإَو ُهاَياَطَخ ْتهطُح ٍةهرَم َةَئاِم ٍمْوَي يِف ِهِدْمَحِبَو ِهاللَّ "
3. Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( ﷺ) as saying:If anyone extols Allah after every prayer
thirty-three times, and praises Allah thirty-three times, and declares His Greatness thirty-three
times, ninety-nine times in all, and says to complete a hundred:" There is no god but Allah,
having no partner with Him, to Him belongs sovereignty and to Him is praise due, and He is
Potent over everything," his sins will be forgiven even If these are as abundant as the foam of
the sea. Sahih Muslim. ِهاللَّ ِدْبَع ُنْب ُدِلاَخ اَنَرَبْخَأ ،ُّيِطِساَوْلا ٍناَيَب ُنْب ِديِمَحْلا ُدْبَع يِنَثهدََ ٍدْيَبُع يِبَأ ْنَع ،ٍلْيَهُس ْنَع ،
،ِ يِجِحْذَمْلا- ِكِلَمْلا ِدْبَع ِنْب َناَمْيَلُس ىَلْوَم ٍدْيَبُع وُبَأ ٌمِلْسُم َلاَق- ىلص ِهاللَّ ِلوُسَر ْنَع ،َةَرْيَرُه يِبَأ ْنَع ،ِ يِثْيهللا َديِزَي ِنْب ِءاَطَع ْنَع
ملسو هيلع الله " َحهبَس ْنَم َثَو اًثَلاَث َهاللَّ َرهبَكَو َنيِثَلاَثَو اًثَلاَث َهاللَّ َدِمَحَو َنيِثَلاَثَو اًثَلاَث ٍةَلاَص ِ لُك ِرُبُد يِف َهاللَّ ٌةَعْسِت َكْلِتَف َنيِثَلا
ُكْلُمْلا ُهَل ُهَل َكيِرَش َلا ُهَدْحَو ُهاللَّ هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلا ِةَئاِمْلا َماَمَت َلاَقَو َنوُعْسِتَو ْتَناَك ْنِإَو ُهاَياَطَخ ْتَرِفُغ ٌريِدَق ٍءْىَش ِ لُك ىَلَع َوُهَو ُدْمَحْلا ُهَلَو
ِرْحَبْلا ِدَبَز َلْثِم" .
4. llah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, and
are loved by the Most Merciful One: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Two words are light on the

َلاَقَو ْحهرلا ىَلِإ ِناَتَبيِبَح ،ِناَزيِمْلا يِف ِناَتَليِقَث ،ِناَسِ للا ىَلَع ِناَتَفيِفَخ ِناَتَمِلَك :ملسو هيلع الله ىلص ،)ِهِدْمَحِبَو ِهاللَّ َناَحْبُس( :ِنَم
)ِميِظَعْلا ِهاللَّ َناحْبُس(
5. Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( ﷺ) as saying: He who uttered these words:" There is no
god but Allah, the One, having no partner with Him. Sovereignty belongs to Him and all the
praise is due to Him, and He is Potent over everything" one hundred times every day there is a

4. reward of emancipating ten slaves for him, and there are recorded hundred virtues to his credit,
and hundred vices are blotted out from his scroll, and that is a safeguard for him against the
Satan on that day till evening and no one brings anything more excellent than this, except one
who has done more than this (who utters these words more than one hundred times and does
more good acts) and he who utters:" Hallowed be Allah, and all praise is due to Him," one
hundred times a day, his sins are obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of
the ocean.

" ُهَلَو ُكْلُمْلا ُهَل ُهَل َكيِرَش َلا ُهَدْحَو ُهاللَّ هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلا َلاَق ْنَم ُدْمَحْلا ٌريِدَق ٍءْىَش ِ لُك ىَلَع َوُهَو . ٍةهرَم َةَئاِم ٍمْوَي يِف . َلْدَع ُهَل ْتَناَك ِرْشَع
ُهَمْوَي ِناَطْيهشلا َنِم اًزْرِح ُهَل ْتَناَكَو ٍةَئِ يَس ُةَئاِم ُهْنَع ْتَيِحُمَو ٍةَنَسَح ُةَئاِم ُهَل ْتَبِتُكَو ٍباَقِر

يِسْمُي ىهتَح َكِلَذ ْمَلَو اهمِم َلَضْفَأ ٌدَحَأ ِت

أَي
َكِلَذ ْنِم َرَثْكَأ َلِمَع ٌدَحَأ هلاِإ ِهِب َءاَج . َمَو ِرْحَبْلا ِدَبَز َلْثِم ْتَناَك ْوَلَو ُهاَياَطَخ ْتهطُح ٍةهرَم َةَئاِم ٍمْوَي يِف ِهِدْمَحِبَو ِهاللَّ َناَحْبُس َلاَق ْن " .

6.Narrated Shaddad bin Aus:The Prophet (ﷺ) said "The most superior way of asking for
forgiveness from Allah is: 'Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, Khalaqtani wa ana `Abduka,
wa ana `ala `ahdika wa wa`dika mastata`tu, A`udhu bika min Sharri ma sana`tu, abu'u Laka
bini`matika `alaiya, wa abu'u laka bidhanbi faghfir lee fa innahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa
anta." The Prophet (ﷺ) added. "If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and
dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if
somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from
the people of Paradise."
اَنَثهدَح ِرْيَشُب ْنَع ،َةَدْيَرُب ُنْب ِهاللَّ ُدْبَع اَنَثهدَح ،ُنْيَسُحْلا اَنَثهدَح ،ِثِراَوْلا ُدْبَع اَنَثهدَح ،ٍرَمْعَم وُبَأ َش يِنَثهدَح َلاَق ، ِيِوَدَعْلا ٍبْعَك ِنْب ُنْب ُداهد
ملسو هيلع الله ىلص ِيِبهنلا ِنَع ـ هنع الله ىضر ـ ٍسْوَأ" اَنَأَو يِنَتْقَلَخ ،َتْنَأ هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلا ،ي ِبَر َتْنَأ همُههللا َلوُقَت ْنَأ ِراَفْغِتْسِلاا ُد ِيَس
َكِب ُذوُعَأ ،ُتْعَطَتْسا اَم َكِدْعَوَو َكِدْهَع ىَلَع اَنَأَو ،َكُدْبَع َل ُءوُبَأَو هىَلَع َكِتَمْعِنِب َكَل ُءوُبَأ ،ُتْعَنَص اَم ِرَش ْنِم َك ،يِل ْرِفْغاَف ،يِبْنَذِب
َتْنَأ هلاِإ َبوُنُّذلا ُرِفْغَي َلا ُههنِإَف" . َلاَق"

يِسْمُي ْنَأ َلْبَق ِهِمْوَي ْنِم َتاَمَف ،اَهِب اًنِقوُم ِراَههنلا َنِم اَهَلاَق ْنَمَو ْنَمَو ،ِةهنَجْلا ِلْهَأ ْنِم َوُهَف ،
ُم َوْهَو ِلْيهللا َنِم اَهَلاَق ٌنِقو ِةهنَجْلا ِلْهَأ ْنِم َوْهَف ،َحِبْصُي ْنَأ َلْبَق َتاَمَف ،اَهِب" .

7.Narrated 'Ubada bin As-Samit:The Prophet (ﷺ) "Whoever gets up at night and says: -- 'La ilaha
il-lallah Wahdahu la Sharika lahu Lahu-lmulk, waLahu-l-hamd wahuwa 'ala kullishai'in Qadir. Al
hamdu lil-lahi wa subhanal-lahi wa la-ilaha il-lal-lah wa-l-lahu akbar wa la hawla Wala Quwata il-
la-bil-lah.' (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah. He is the Only One and has no
partners . For Him is the Kingdom and all the praises are due for Him. He is Omnipotent. All the
praises are for Allah. All the glories are for Allah. And none has the right to be worshipped but
Allah, And Allah is Great And there is neither Might nor Power Except with Allah). And then says:
-- Allahumma, Ighfir li (O Allah! Forgive me). Or invokes (Allah), he will be responded to and if he
performs ablution (and prays), his prayer will be accepted."

َلاَق ملسو هيلع الله ىلص ِ يِبهنلا ِنَع ،ِتِماهصلا ُنْب " َم ْن ُهَلَو ،ُكْلُمْلا ُهَل ،ُهَل َكيِرَش َلا ُهَدْحَو ُهاللَّ هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلا َلاَقَف ِلْيهللا َنِم هراَعَت
ٌريِدَق ٍءْىَش ِ لُك ىَلَع َوُهَو ،ُدْمَحْلا. َح َلاَو ،ُرَبْكَأ ُهاللََّو ،ُهاللَّ هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلاَو ،ِهاللَّ َناَحْبُسَو ،ِهِلِلّ ُدْمَحْلا َلْو ِهلِلّاِب هلاِإ َةهوُق َلاَو. همُههللا َلاَق همُث
يِل ْرِفْغا. ُهُتَلاَص ْتَلِبُق ىهلَصَو َأهضَوَت ْنِإَف ،َبيِجُتْسا اَعَد ْوَأ" .

8. Mus'ab b. Sa'd reported that his father told him that he had been in the company of Allah's
Messenger (ﷺ) that he said:Is one amongst you powerless to get one thousand virtues every
day. Amongst those who had been sitting there, one asked: How one amongst us can get one

5. thousand virtues every day? He said: Recite:" Hallowed be Allah" one hundred times for (by
reciting them) one thousand virtues are recorded (to your credit) and one tbousand vices are
blotted out.
اَنَثهدَح ُجْلا ىَسوُم ْنَع ،ٍرِهْسُم ُنْب ُّيِلَعَو ،ُناَوْرَم اَنَثهدَح ،َةَبْيَش يِبَأ ُنْب ِرْكَب وُبَأ ،ٍرْيَمُن ِنْب ِهاللَّ ِدْبَع ُنْب ُدهمَحُم اَنَثهدَحَو ح ،ِ يِنَه- ُظْفهللاَو
ُهَل- ُم ْنَع ،ُّيِنَهُجْلا ىَسوُم اَنَثهدَح ،يِبَأ اَنَثهدَح ِبَعْص َلاَقَف ملسو هيلع الله ىلص ِهاللَّ ِلوُسَر َدْنِع اهنُك ،َلاَق يِبَأ يِنَثهدَح ،ٍدْعَس ِنْب"
َيَأ ٍةَنَسَح َفْلَأ ٍمْوَي هلُك َبِسْكَي ْنَأ ْمُكُدَحَأ ُزِجْع " . ٍةَنَسَح َفْلَأ اَنُدَحَأ ُبِسْكَي َفْيَك ِهِئاَسَلُج ْنِم ٌلِئاَس ُهَلَأَسَف َلاَق " ٍةَحيِبْسَت َةَئاِم ُحِ بَسُي
ٍةَئيِطَخ ُفْلَأ ُهْنَع ُّطَحُي ْوَأ ٍةَنَسَح ُفْلَأ ُهَل ُبَتْكُيَف" .

9.Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me, “O 'Abdullah
bin Qais, would you like to be guided to one of the treasures of Paradise? ِهلِلَّاِب هلاِإ َةهوُق َلاَو َلْوَح َلا

ْنَعَو ِ يِرَعْشَْلأَا ىَسوُم يِبَأ- هنع الله ىضر- ِهَاللَّ ُلوُسَر يِل َلاَق :َلاَق- ملسو هيلع الله ىلص- َكُّلُدَأ هلاَأ !ٍسْيَق َنْب ِهَاللَّ َدْبَع اَي {
َفهتُم } ِهلِلَّاِب هلاِإ َةهوُق َلاَو َلْوَح َلا ?ِةهنَجْلَا ِزوُنُك ْنِم ٍزْنَك ىَلَع ٌق ِ هْيَلَع1

10. It was narrated from Abu Malik Ash'ari that:
The Messenger of Allah said: "Performing ablution properly is half of faith, saying Al-Hamdu
Lillah fills the Scale (of good deeds), saying Subhan-Allah and Allahu Akbar fills the heavens and
the earth, prayer is light, Zakat is proof, patience is brightness and the Qur'an is proof for you
or against you. Every person goes out in the morning to sell his soul, so he either frees it or
destroys it.'"
يِنَرَبْخَأ ،ٍروُباَش ِنْب ِبْيَعُش ُنْب ُدهمَحُم اَنَثهدَح ،ُّيِقْشَمِ دلا َميِهاَرْبِإ ُنْب ِنَمْحهرلا ُدْبَع اَنَثهدَح ْنَع ُهَرَبْخَأ ُههنَأ ،ِهيِخَأ ْنَع ،ٍمهلاَس ُنْب ُةَيِواَعُم
َجالله ىلص ـ ِهاللَّ َلوُسَر هنَأ ،ِ يِرَعْشَلأا ٍكِلاَم يِبَأ ْنَع ،ٍمْنَغ ِنْب ِنَمْحهرلا ِدْبَع ْنَع ،ٍمهلاَس يِبَأ ِهِ د َلاَق ـ ملسو هيلع " ِءوُضُوْلا ُغاَبْسِإ
ُريِبْكهتلاَو ُحيِبْسهتلاَو َناَزيِمْلا ُلأْمَت ِهِلِلّ ُدْمَحْلاَو ِناَميِلإا ُرْطَش ٌءاَيِض ُرْبهصلاَو ٌناَهْرُب ُةاَكهزلاَو ٌروُن ُةَلاهصلاَو ِضْرَلأاَو ِتاَوَمهسلا ُءْلِم
اَهُقِبوُم ْوَأ اَهُقِتْعُمَف ُهَسْفَن ٌعِئاَبَف وُدْغَي ِساهنلا ُّلُك َكْيَلَع ْوَأ َكَل ٌةهجُح ُنآْرُقْلاَو" .

11. Anas bin Malik said:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever sends salah upon me once, Allah (SWT) will send
salah upon him tenfold, and will erase ten sins from him, and will raise him ten degrees in
status."
اَنَرَبْخَأ َحْسِإ ِنْب ِدْيَرُب ْنَع ،َقاَحْسِإ يِبَأ ُنْب ُسُنوُي اَنَثهدَح َلاَق ،َفُسوُي ُنْب ُدهمَحُم اَنَثهدَح َلاَق ،ٍروُصْنَم ُنْب ُقا اَنَثهدَح َلاَق ،َمَيْرَم يِبَأ
ملسو هيلع الله ىلص ِهاللَّ ُلوُسَر َلاَق َلاَق ،ٍكِلاَم ُنْب ُسَنَأ " ْنَم ىهلَص َلاَص هىَلَع ْتهطُحَو ٍتاَوَلَص َرْشَع ِهْيَلَع ُهاللَّ ىهلَص ًةَدِحاَو ًة
ٍتاَجَرَد ُرْشَع ُهَل ْتَعِفُرَو ٍتاَئيِطَخ ُرْشَع ُهْنَع " .

12. Ibn Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah, he will be
credited with a good deed, and a good deed gets a ten-fold reward. I do not say that Alif-Lam-
Mim is one letter, but Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter and Mim is a letter."[At- Tirmidhi].
عون لاق هنع الله يضر دوعسم نبا: ملسو هيلع الله ىلص الله لوسر لاق: " ةنسحلاو ،ةنسح هلف الله باتك نم اًفرح أرق نم
لوقأ لا اهلاثمأ رشعب: فرح ميمو ،فرح ملاو ،فرح فلأ نكلو ،فرح ملأ "( ( لاقو يذمرتلا هوار : حيحص نسح ثيدح) ).

13. Allah's Messenger ( ﷺ) said: Whoever says:

6. Astaghfirullāha ‘l-'Aẓīm
alladhi lā ilāha illā huwa ‘l-ḥayyul-Qayyūm
wa atūbu ilayh.
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Whoever says:
I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy of worship except Him,
the Living, the Eternal,
and I repent to Him,
Allah will forgive him even if he has deserted the army's ranks.

َلاَقَو ْنَم :ملسو هيلع الله ىلص َل ُهاللَّ َرَفَغ ،)ِهيَلِإ ُبوُتَأَو ُمُو يَقلا ُّيَحْلا َوُه هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلا يِذهلا َميظَعْلا َهاللَّ ُرِفْغَتْسَأ( َلاَق َنِم هرَف َناَك ْنِإَو ُه
ِفْحهزلا.
14 .Umarah bin Shabib As-Saba’i narrated that the Messenger of Allah ( ﷺ) said:
“Whoever says: none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, Alone, without partner, to
Him belongs all that exists, and to Him belongs the praise, He gives life and causes death, and
He is powerful over all things, (Lā ilāha illallāh, waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-
ḥamdu, yuḥyī wa yumītu, wa huwa `alā kulli shai’in qadīr)’ ten times at the end of Al-Maghrib
- Allah shall send for him protectors to guard him from Shaitan until he reaches morning, and
Allah writes for him ten good deeds, Mujibat, and He wipes from him ten of the destructive
evil deeds, and it shall be for him the equal of freeing ten believing slaves.”
اَنَثهدَح ْب َةَراَمُع ْنَع ،ِّيِلُبُحْلا ِنَمْحهرلا ِدْبَع يِبَأ ْنَع ،ٍريِثَك يِبَأ

حَلَُجْلا ِنَع ،ُثْيهللا اَنَثهدَح ،ُةَبْيَتُق ِن ُلوُسَر َلاَق َلاَق ،ِّيِئَبهسلا ٍبيِبَش
ملسو هيلع الله ىلص ِهاللَّ " َدْحَو ُهاللَّ هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلا َلاَق ْنَم ُه ٌريِدَق ٍءْيَش ِّلُك ىَلَع َوُهَو ُتيِمُيَو يِيْحُي ُدْمَحْلا ُهَلَو ُكْلُمْلا ُهَل ُهَل َكيِرَش َلا
. ا ِرْثِإ ىَلَع ٍتاهرَم َرْشَع َرْشَع اَهِب ُهَل ُهاللَّ َبَتَكَو َحِبْصُي ىهتَح ِناَطْيهشلا َنِم ُهَنوُظَفْحَي ًةَحَلْسَم ُهَل ُهاللَّ َثَعَب ِبِرْغَمْل ٍتاَبِجوُم ٍتاَنَسَح
ٍتاَنِمْؤُم ٍباَقِر ِرْشَع ِلْدَعِب ُهَل ْتَناَكَو ٍتاَقِبوُم ٍتاَئِّيَس َرْشَع ُهْنَع اَحَمَو " . َأ َلاَق هلاِإ ُهُفِرْعَن َلا ٌبيِرَغ ٌنَسَح ٌثيِدَح اَذَه ىَسيِع وُب
ٍدْعَس ِنْب ِثْيَل ِثيِدَح ْنِم. ُعِل ُفِرْعَن َلاَو َةَراَم ملسو هيلع الله ىلص ِّيِبهنلا ِنَع اًعاَمَس ٍبيِبَش ِنْب.

15 Abu Dharr narrated that:
The Messenger of Allah ( ﷺ) said: “Whoever says at the end of every Fajr prayer, while his feet
are still folded, before speaking: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, Alone
without partner, to Him belongs all that exists, and to Him is the praise, He gives life and
causes death, and He is powerful over all things, (Lā ilāha illallāh, waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu,
lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu, yuḥyī wa yumītu, wa huwa `alā kulli shay’in qadīr)’ ten times,
then ten good deeds shall be written for him, ten evil deeds shall be wiped away from him,
ten degrees shall be raised up for him, and he shall be in security all that day from every
disliked thing, and he shall be in protection from Shaitan, and no sin will meet him or destroy
him that day, except for associating partners with Allah.”
اَنَثهدَح ُّيِّقهرلا وٍرْمَع ُنْب ِهاللَّ ُدْيَبُع اَنَثهدَح ،ُّيِرْصِمْلا ٍدَبْعَم ُنْب ُّيِلَع اَنَثهدَح ،ٍروُصْنَم ُنْب ُقاَحْسِإ ِرْهَش ْنَع ،َةَسْيَنُأ يِبَأ ِنْب ِدْيَز ْنَع ،
َع ،ٍبَشْوَح ِنْب َأ ،ٍّرَذ يِبَأ ْنَع ،ٍمْنَغ ِنْب ِنَمْحهرلا ِدْبَع ْن هن َلاَق ملسو هيلع الله ىلص ِهاللَّ َلوُسَر " ِرْجَفْلا ِةَلََص ِرُبُد يِف َلاَق ْنَم
ُمْلا ُهَل ُهَل َكيِرَش َلا ُهَدْحَو ُهاللَّ هلاِإ َهَلِإ َلا َمهلَكَتَي ْنَأ َلْبَق ِهْيَلْجِر يِناَث َوُهَو ُك ىَلَع َوُهَو ُتيِمُيَو يِيْحُي ُدْمَحْلا ُهَلَو ُكْل ِّل ٌريِدَق ٍءْيَش
ُهَمْوَي َناَكَو ٍتاَجَرَد ُرْشَع ُهَل َعِفُرَو ٍتاَئِّيَس ُرْشَع ُهْنَع َيِحُمَو ٍتاَنَسَح ُرْشَع ُهَل َبِتُك ٍتاهرَم َرْشَع ٍهوُرْكَم ِّلُك ْنِم ٍزْرِح يِف َكِلَذ
لا َنِم ٍسْرَحَو ِف ُهَكِرْدُي ْنَأ ٍبْنَذِل
ِ
غَبْنَي ْمَلَو ِناَطْيهش ي ِهللّاِب َكْرِّشلا هلاِإ ِمْوَيْلا َكِلَذ" . ٌحيِحَص ٌبيِرَغ ٌنَسَح ٌثيِدَح اَذَه َلاَق.

16 It was narrated from Abu Salam, the servant of the Prophet (saas), that :
the Prophet (saas) said: "There is no Muslim - or no person, or slave (of Allah) - who says, in
the morning and evening: 'Radaytu billahi Rabban wa bil-Islami dinan wa bi Muhammadin
nabiyyan (I am content with Allah as my Lord, Islam as my religion and Muhammad as my
Prophet),' but he will have a promise from Allah to make him pleased on the Day of
Resurrection."
َأ اَنَثهدَح ،ٌرَعْسِم اَنَثهدَح ،ٍرْشِب ُنْب ُدهمَحُم اَنَثهدَح ،َةَبْيَش يِبَأ ُنْب ِرْكَب وُبَأ اَنَثهدَح ـ ِّيِبهنلا ِمِداَخ ،ٍمهلََس يِبَأ ْنَع ،ٍقِباَس ْنَع ،ٍليِقَع وُب
َلاَق ـ ملسو هيلع الله ىلص ـ ِّيِبهنلا ِنَع ـ ملسو هيلع الله ىلص " ُحِبْصُي َنيِحَو يِسْمُي َنيِح ُلوُقَي ٍدْبَع ْوَأ ٍناَسْنِإ ْوَأ ٍمِلْسُم ْنِم اَم
ِلإاِبَو اًّبَر ِهللّاِب ُتيِضَر اًّيِبَن ٍدهمَحُمِبَو اًنيِد ِمَلَْس- ِةَماَيِقْلا َمْوَي ُهَيِضْرُي ْنَأ ِهاللَّ ىَلَع اًّقَح َناَك هلاِإ" .

17. Abu ‘Ayyash reported God's messenger as saying that if anyone says in the morning,
“There is no god but God alone who has no partner; to Him belongs the dominion, to Him
praise is due, and He is omnipotent,” he will have a reward equivalent to that for setting free
a slave from among the descendants of Ishmael, will have ten good deeds recorded for him,
will have ten evil deeds deducted from him, will be advanced ten degrees, and will be guarded
from the devil till the evening. If he says them in the evening he will have a similar
recompense till the morning. Hammad b. Salama said that a man saw God’s messenger in a
dream and said, “Messenger of God, Abu ‘Ayyash is relating such and such on your authority,”
to which he received the reply, “Abu ‘Ayyash has spoken the truth.”

Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
َهَلِإ َلا :َحَبْصَأ اَذِإ َلاَق ْنَم " :َلاَق َمهلَسَو ِهْيَلَع ُهاللَّ ىهلَص ِهاللَّ َلوُسَر هنَأ ٍشاهيَع يِبَأ ْنَعَو ُهَلَو ُكْلُمْلا ُهَل ُهَل َكيِرَش َلا ُهَدْحَو ُهاللَّ هلاِإ
ُدْمَحْلا هطَحَو ٍتاَنَسَح ُرْشَع ُهَل َبِتُكَو َليِعاَمْسِإ ِدَلَو ْنِم ٍةَبَقَر ُلْدَع ُهَل َناَك ٌريِدَق ٍءْيَش ِّلُك ىَلَع َوُهَو عفرَو ٍتاَئِّيَس َرْشَع ُهْنَع
ىَسْمَأ اَذِإ اَهَلاَق ْنِإَو َيِسْمُي ىهتَح ِناَطْيهشلا َنِم ٍزْرِح يِف َناَكَو ٍتاَجَرَد ُرْشَع نب داهمَح َلاَق ." َحبصُي ىهتَح كِلَذ ُلثم ُهل َناَك
ِهاللَّ َلوُسَر اَي :َلاَقَف ُمِئاهنلا ىَرَي اَميِف َمهلَسَو ِهْيَلَع ُهاللَّ ىهلَص ِهاللَّ َلوُسَر ٌلُجَر ىَأَرَف :ةَملَس اَذَكَو اَذَكِب َكْنَع ُثِّدَحُي ٍشاهيَع اَبَأ هنِإ
وُبَأ َقَدَص« :َلاَق هَجاَم نْباَو دُواَد وُبَأ ُهاَوَر . »ٍشاهيَع
